From our warm welcome by John and his dedicated staff to the fantastic service provided by every team member, our stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. The rooms offered stunning views of the caldera, were immaculately clean, and provided a private and relaxing atmosphere. The location at the end of the main sidewalk in Oia was perfect for exploring the city, although it might be a bit off the beaten path for some. The dining experience was delightful with a variety of options, while the facilities met our expectations with their well-maintained standards.

The hotel exceeded my expectations, offering a perfect place to relax and enjoy life with exquisite rooms, close to the shops and restaurants in Oia, and boasting breathtaking views of the Caldera. However, the staff's indifference to a malfunction stood out as a minor letdown.

My stay at the hotel was simply exceptional. The room I stayed in, number 33, was a two-story room with a wonderfully large jacuzzi that was just perfect for a couple. The unique feature of this room set it apart from any other, and everything had been taken care of to ensure a delightful experience.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel! The service was beyond exceptional, the views were breathtaking, the amenities were top-notch, and the food was simply exquisite. It was hands down the best hotel experience my friends and I have ever had, truly first class all the way. The only downside was the price, but for everything you get, it's absolutely worth it.
