My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. The rooms were comfortable, clean, spacious, and had an unbelievably beautiful view of the Caldera. Thanks to John, the manager, for the fantastic room upgrade. The location is superb, close to Oia shopping and Ammoudi Bay, making it a wonderful experience overall.

The hotel has stunning rooms that are beautifully decorated but lack some practical amenities like hooks for towels and hairdryer plugs. Despite the close proximity to a noisy street, they could enhance the design further. The service is exceptional, with attentive staff and luxurious offerings, although there were issues with fixing some facilities. The location is fantastic, offering everything needed and close to the center of Oia, but pools are not heated. The dining experience is remarkable with a breathtaking view, even with some limitations. Overall, the hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives.
